§ 1 Scope, Customer Information
The following general terms and conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Ralph Drommershausen and consumers who purchase goods through our shop. The contract language is German.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The offers on the Internet represent a non-committal request to you to buy goods.
(2) You can add one or more products to your shopping cart. In the course of the ordering process, you enter your data and requests regarding payment methods, delivery modalities, etc. Only by clicking the order button you enter a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. You can also make a binding order by telephone.
(3) We are entitled to accept the offer made via the Internet within one working day by sending an order confirmation by e-mail. After expiry of the deadline stated in sentence 1, your offer shall be deemed to be rejected, that is, You are no longer bound by your offer. In the case of a telephone order, the purchase contract is concluded if your offer is accepted by us immediately. If the offer is not accepted immediately, you are no longer bound by it.

Your order with details of the concluded contract (for example type of product, price, etc.) will be stored by us. We will send you the terms and conditions, but you can also call the GTC at any time after conclusion of the contract via our website. As a registered customer, you can access your past orders via the customer's LogIn area (My Pfötchen).
§ 4 Customer Information: Correction
You can correct your input before submitting the order at any time using the delete key. We will inform you about further corrective options on the way through the ordering process. You can also quit the ordering process completely at any time by closing the browser window.
§ 5 Retention of title
The purchase item remains our property until full payment.
§ 6 warranty

§ 7 limitation of liability
We exclude the liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty as long as they do not affect any essential contract duties, damages from injury to life, body or health, guarantees or claims according to the Product Liability Act. The same applies to breaches of duty by our vicarious agents and our legal representatives. The duties essential to the contract include, in particular, the obligation to hand over the goods to you and to provide you with the property. We also have to give you the item free of material defects.
