Vegetables as a Valuable Component of Species-Appropriate Raw Feeding
When you feed your dog a BARF diet, the contents of its meals should come as close as possible to the diet in the wild. When a wild dog or wolf catches prey, it consumes almost the entire animal. This means that in natural feeding, the pre-digested stomach contents of the prey are also eaten.
